We are so happy to have you booked for the studio. If you’re on this page, you’ve signed the contract and have agreed to uphold the rules stated on this webpage.
Here is the “Rule book” we wanted to go over to make sure your session goes smoothly for all involved. You can also find these “rules” printed in the studio. Please share with EVERY PERSON in your crew who will be in the studio. You have agreed to pass on the rule book to your team and to make sure they respect them. You are responsible for your team and your clients. You understand that there is a camera in the studio that will be checked in case of damage/theft/leaving the studio after your booking time ends.
Rules to respect
Amount of cars on location for the day, needs to be disclaimed with us first. Every car will need a visitor permit (available in the studio). Refer to photo below for parking locations.
No indoor shoes in the studio past the entrance ($100 charge if not respected)
Absolutely no walking on the platform with pointy heels (the platform is custom made with a vintage soft wood that with easily break if you do that) ($150 charge if not respected)
No smoking in the studio, nor in the building ($150 charge if not respected)
No shooting allowed in the hallways / building property ($150 charge if not respected)
Please, do not drag furniture, ask for help and lift them up ($100 charge if not respected) or request a set ahead and we will set it up for you.
There's a 10$ charge / foot of the backdrops we need to cut if you damage/dirty it by stepping on it
Capacity limit of the studio is 8 people, unless agreed upon beforehand ($100 charge if not respected)
If you use the island in the kitchen, do not sit on its extension where there is no support ($150 charge if not respected)
No access to the mezzanine ($150 charge if not respected)
Your set up / cleaning time is included in your booking time. You will be charged an extra $25 / 15 minutes mark over your booking time, unless agreed upon beforehand.
Don't forget to lock the door (by pressing SCHLAGE on the pad) on your way out
Cleaning and maintenance fee, if applicable, is for regular cleaning and maintenance, NOT for cleaning up messes. Please respect the space and put garbage in the garbage can (bring back with you anything that surpass our garbage can capacity please), put furniture back where you found it and wash any dishes you've used before you leave. Strict no glitter policy. If you leave a mess, or if props or furniture are left NOT where you found them/disheveled - you will be charged an automatic additional fee of $75 for cleaning and or reorganization

The studio is our office as well as our work area, please respect it as you would your home.
When You Arrive + Parking
Free parking is available right in front of the building and on Pitt road. Refer to photo below. Please let us know how many cars are expected so we can provide the appropriate numbers of parking permits!
PS. If you are parked on asphalt near parking 2, you are NOT at the right place and could get towed.
Door code to access the unit will be sent to you via email .
Press on SCHLAGE to activate the system, input your code, door should unlock automatically. Please be aware this code will be changed after your session.
Due to Covid_19 we are only allowing 8 people in the studio. Please respect this rule or make special arrangements with us!
Hammock can be taken down simply by unscrewing the safety bolt at the top.
Hand washing required upon entrance for yourself and your clients.
Face masks available upon request, let us know as soon as possible how many you will need.
Maintain physical distancing as much as possible, a 42in screen is available to view shots as they are taken (shooting tether required).
NO access to the mezzanine area, it is our private office area and storage space under video surveillance.
